Frequently asked questions
Can I buy a dress from a past collection?
Many designs can be ordered for a limited time after their season ends. Contact us with the model name and we will tell you if it is still available.
How can I find out the price or availability of an item?
Write to hello@belova.com or ask at your nearest boutique, quoting the model code shown on the product page.
How many months in advance should I book my first appointment?
We suggest six to nine months before the wedding, and four to six months for a party or communion dress, so there is time for ordering and fittings.
How do I make an appointment at a BE.LOVA boutique?
Use the “Make an appointment” page, call the boutique directly, or write to us and we will arrange it for you.
How can I pay for my wedding dress?
At the boutique you can pay by card or bank transfer. A deposit confirms your order and the balance is due on collection or before delivery, depending on the boutique.
I don’t know which design will suit me.
That is exactly what the appointment is for. Bring a few ideas or nothing at all — our stylists will guide you by body shape, venue and personal style.
How should I store my dress after the wedding or event?
Keep it in a breathable garment bag, away from direct sunlight and humidity, and avoid plastic covers for long periods. We can also arrange professional cleaning and preservation.
How do I clean my dress?
Always use a cleaner experienced with bridal fabrics and beading. Share the care label with them so the materials are treated correctly.
